The tenants at The Cornerstone Residence could provide a trained workforce for the operator of the café. In addition, located at Safe Harbors is The Cornerstone Residence which is home to 125 tenants. It is estimated that there are 1,550 workers within three city blocks in Newburgh, as well as SUNY Orange students only one block away. The café space is conveniently located on the ground floor which provides direct street access. The available space is approximately 1,500 square feet and has exposed brick walls, bright natural lighting and an open floor plan. Safe Harbors is looking for an operator who can offer quality, fresh affordable food for breakfast, lunch or possibly more. The operator can also program their own events beyond the Safe Harbors, Ritz Theater and Ann Street Gallery schedule. The cafe operator will also have the opportunity to utilize Safe Harbors’ marketing and public relations support in addition to catering Safe Harbors, Ritz Theater and Ann Street Gallery events and meetings.
